Salon Etiquette

Check-in

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow enough time for check-in. For first time customers, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service in order to complete appropriate paperwork.

Consultation

Should you have a specific goal you would like to reach we recommend a consultation at your first visit.

Pricing

All services & products are subject to a price increase at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Please be advised that we require a credit card number to hold your appointment.
Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion & are appreciated by the staff for outstanding service. Gratuities are preferred in cash.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24 hour notice be given if you have to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to follow this policy will result in a charge of 50% of your booked appointment.

Late Policy

All salon appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for your entire hair service. Your late arrival may limit us to complete your entire service. Services will only be rendered if we are able to complete a desired result on your hair. You will be responsible for the full payment on the service that was booked.

Please advise us of any allergies so that we can select products that are appropriate for you.
