Salon Etiquette 101
To ensure that all of our clients have a wonderful experience at The Hair Company in Nashua, we would like to remind you of some basic salon etiquette. By following these simple guidelines, you can help us provide the best hair services possible. Book your consultation or appointment online today!
Pre-Book When Possible
We strongly recommend that you pre-book your appointment with us. This will guarantee that you have a hairstylist available to work with you and eliminate the frustrations of wait times. It also guarantees that we have adequate time for your appointment to bring your vision to life and spoil you for a bit!
Cancel and Reschedule in Advance
We know how things come up last minute, and sometimes it is just not possible to keep an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled hair service time. This allows us the opportunity to serve other clients and work on filling our schedule for the day!
Be On-Time
We also understand that sometimes traffic or other unforeseen events can cause you to be late for your appointment. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you could cause a domino effect for your stylist — delaying other appointments throughout the rest of their day. By being on time or even a little early for your appointment, we can keep our schedule running smoothly while also giving you the time you deserve for your appointment.
Be Honest
We ask all of our clients to be honest with us about what they want or don’t want. We believe that you can best achieve the look that you are going for if you communicate effectively with your stylist to get exactly what you desire! In addition, let our stylists know if you have visited another salon to avoid adverse reactions to different chemical treatments.
